Marzano worked for the Michigan Republican Party (MRP) as Fix Michigan field manager for West Michigan .  In that position, he established and managed five Fix Michigan Centers, developing and implementing grassroots strategy for the 2010 elections.

In 2009, he served as the Jackson County Fix Michigan Center Director where he led MRP efforts in support of the historic election of Mike Nofs in the Special Election for the 19th State Senate District.

Marzano earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and resides in Jackson.
